What we’re looking for

We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, data-driven and creative Digital Engagement Specialist to lead our direct-to-consumer communication strategies. This role is the "heartbeat" of our online presence, with a focus on building relationships with our community and turning passive followers into active brand advocates by crafting compelling brand communications. The ideal candidate is energetic, highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to represent Visory Health with outstanding professionalism and poise.

We are looking for someone who understands the nuances of different platforms and knows how to adapt our voice to resonate everywhere from LinkedIn to TikTok. Additionally, you will own the end-to-end execution of our email and SMS/MMS campaigns, focusing on retention and conversion.

What you’ll be doing

• Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital engagement strategy that aligns with brand goals and drives measurable community growth.
• Community Management: Monitor and moderate brand channels. You’ll be the primary "voice" of the company, responding to comments, managing crises, and nurturing relationships with influencers, other brands, and our followers.
• Audience Segmentation: Monitor list health, ensuring high deliverability and low unsubscribe rates.
• Visory Top-of-Mind: Create email, text, and notification-based marketing campaigns to keep Visory on the minds and in the inboxes of our community.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze engagement metrics and KPIs. Use these insights to pivot or double down on tactics, ensuring every post has a purpose.
• Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of the curve on platform algorithm changes, emerging digital tools, and cultural trends to keep the brand relevant.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years in digital marketing, social media management, email marketing, or community building.
• Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, Youtube, Constant Contact, and with a focus on email and SMS/MMS marketing.
• Communication: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to switch from "professional thought leader" to "relatable brand friend" effortlessly.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex data into actionable reports that demonstrate ROI to leadership.
