Family Beach Portrait Photographer

Outgoing photographer wanted to photograph and sell family beach portraits on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.

Are you great with people, details, photography, and sales? Do you want to live just a few blocks from the beach this summer? Then come and work with us!

We are a family owned professional photography studio that has been in business in North Carolina for more than 25 years, and we are looking to add to our already successful team.

This is an incredible opportunity for the right person. If you have not been already, you will be professionally trained in all aspects of the photography business; including shooting, editing, and in person sales.

Job Requirements

• Ability to capture high quality family portraits while displaying professionalism and maintaining a keen eye for details
• Applicant should be confident photographing large groups and must enjoy working with children.
• Must be comfortable with in person sales and presentations to clients
• Must have thorough knowledge and experience with basic computer operations, email, and file management.
• Must have great communication and presentation skills and be assertive, independent, energetic, flexible and motivated. You need exceptional time-management skills and a strong work ethic.
• Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and dependable transportation
• References and background check required.

Compensation

• Competitive salary offered.
• Compensation is a combination of a guaranteed base rate per portrait session and a commission on all sales.
• Private room in ocean side housing will be provided at no cost as part of compensation package. Rent, electric, internet, and water are included.
• Position is from June 15th - end of October.
• Sunday - Friday, 40+ hrs / week

Pay: $7,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
