Senior Landlord Tenant Associate Attorney
Our law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Landlord Tenant Associate Attorney to join our practice. This role is ideal for an attorney with strong client management skills who thrives in an active work environment and is eager to become a long-term contributor to a collaborative practice.

What You’ll Do
· Independently manage a caseload from inception through resolution
· Represent clients in court appearances, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation
· Draft motions, briefs, correspondence, letters, judgments, releases and memoranda
· Conduct legal research and analysis to support client matters and case strategy
· Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and business partners
· Mentor and collaborate with junior personnel and support staff as part of a team-oriented environment
· Manage deadlines and competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and client service standards
What We’re Looking For
· Bar admission to either New Jersey or New York required
· Bar admission to both New Jersey and New York a plus
· 3+ years of relevant legal experience required
· Willingness to learn firm’s other areas of practice a plus
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Strong litigation and analytical skills
· Ability to independently manage matters and exercise sound legal judgment
· Excellent time management skills
· Strong work ethic and interpersonal abilities
· Litigation, real estate, landlord/tenant, or community association experience preferred
· Motivated self-starter with a strong commitment to client service

Compensation
· $90,000-$110,000 annually
· Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, education, and credentials
· We have positions open in our Randolph, NJ and Florham Park NJ locations
