• Develop, maintain, and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project.
• Coordinate scheduling activities across engineering, production, operations, finance, and program management teams.
• Perform critical path analysis, schedule forecasting, and risk identification.
• Support Earned Value Management System (EVMS) activities and schedule performance reporting.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, and resource planning to ensure on-time execution.
• Collaborate with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and stakeholders to provide schedule updates and performance insights.
• Maintain schedule documentation and support compliance with program management standards and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project scheduling, program controls, production planning, or EVMS environments.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Project management, scheduling, or EVM certifications are a plus.
