AP IS-U Test Lead / Test Manager - Hybrid

Location: Arizona (willing to travel regularly)

We are seeking an experienced SAP IS-U Test Lead / Test Manager with recent, hands-on experience leading testing efforts within large SAP IS-U implementations.

Required Qualifications

• Recent experience leading or managing SAP IS-U testing on large enterprise implementations.
• Proven experience coordinating end-to-end testing activities across complex environments.
• Experience working with System Integrators (SI) and multiple vendor teams.
• Strong background managing testing involving a large number of edge and integration systems (60+ integrations preferred).
• Expertise facilitating defect management, including leading large defect triage meetings and driving issue resolution.
• Experience creating test status reports, dashboards, and testing metrics, with the ability to analyze results and improve testing efficiency.
• Strong understanding of test planning, execution, regression testing, UAT, SIT, and defect lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Utility industry experience.
• SAP IS-U implementation or modernization experience.
• Experience with enterprise test management tools (ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar).

Location Requirement

• Must be based in Arizona or willing to travel to Arizona as needed.

Pay: $155,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
