Mindful Transformations LLC is seeking driven, growth-oriented clinicians to join our team in Farmington and West Hartford, CT.

This role is designed for therapists who are serious about building a consistent, full caseload, developing strong clinical skills, and working within a structured, accountable environment.

We are not a passive or unstructured practice. We provide the referrals, systems, and support—but expect clinicians to actively engage in their growth, manage their caseload, and take ownership of their performance.

We are especially looking for clinicians who have an interest in or experience with mindfulness-based approaches, EMDR, and/or holistic or energy-informed modalities, and who are open to expanding their clinical skill set in these areas.

This position includes:

• Providing both in-person sessions in Farmington and West Hartford and telehealth services
• Maintaining a minimum average of 25 client sessions per week
• Availability for at least two evening shifts per week
• Weekend availability (full or partial day) to support client access
• Completing documentation within required timeframes
• Participating in supervision and team collaboration
• Communicating proactively and maintaining professional accountability

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
