Overview

We are seeking an energetic and highly experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in Construction Multifamily developments. In this pivotal role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex multifamily residential projects from inception to completion. Your expertise will drive project success, ensuring timely delivery within budget while adhering to all safety and regulatory standards. Duties

• Lead the full lifecycle of multifamily construction projects, including planning, design coordination, procurement, and construction management.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to ensure timely milestones are met.
• Oversee construction estimating processes and manage project budgets with precision, utilizing HeavyBid or comparable tools for cost control.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure construction plans and schematics are accurately interpreted and executed.
• Manage construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
• Utilize Bluebeam and Construction management software for document control, plan reviews, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and change orders.
• Lead project teams by managing contractors and internal staff effectively, fostering collaboration to achieve project goals.
• Monitor project progress through regular site visits, schedule updates, and performance reports; address issues proactively to minimize delays.
• Ensure strict adherence to contracts, construction regulations, and quality standards throughout all phases of the project.
• Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders through detailed reports, meetings, and updates on project status.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale multifamily or commercial construction projects with a focus on residential development.
• Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling using Primavera P6 or similar tools; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• Strong background in construction estimating, cost management, and budget oversight.
• Hands-on experience with construction site supervision including safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction plans; familiarity with Civil 3D is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent understanding of contracts, project scope management, and construction regulatory standards.
• Familiarity with project management software such as ProCore or similar platforms for document control and communication.
• Ability to coordinate complex infrastructure projects within tight schedules; experience in managing large-scale residential developments preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations and resolve conflicts efficiently.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
