Job Description
The Senior Coordinator of Clinical Operations (SCCO) is a clinical leadership role responsible for supporting the oversight, development, and performance of our RN Case Manager/Delegating Nurse team. Day-to-day, this means attending field visits, reviewing clinical documentation, conducting staff meetings, assisting with employee evaluations, and implementing proactive leadership initiatives designed to strengthen both nurse morale and clinical quality. The SCCO serves as the primary point of accountability for Team Leads and acts as a key liaison between nursing staff and provider agencies. While caseload management is not the primary function of this role, the SCCO may serve as a Delegating Nurse/Case Manager as organizational needs require — conducting clinical assessments, developing nursing care plans, and completing routine and interim client visits in residential and community settings.
