Remote | Florida Litigation Practice

A growing plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking a Senior Attorney with trial experience to join its team in a remote role. This is an opportunity for a seasoned litigator who wants to do meaningful work, fight for clients’ rights, and help secure strong results in high-stakes cases.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters from pre-suit through trial.
• Develop case strategy and lead matters toward successful resolution.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to move cases efficiently.
• Advocate fearlessly on behalf of clients against large corporations and insurance companies.

Qualifications

• Active membership in the Florida Bar.
• Significant trial experience.
• Strong litigation, courtroom, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work well on a team and respond constructively to feedback.
• A competitive, client-focused mindset.

Preferred

• Experience in plaintiff injury or disability litigation.
• Moot Court or Mock Trial experience.
• A demonstrated record of strong results.
