The Senior Principal TPM identifies and resolves deployment blockers, resource constraints, vendor performance issues, material shortages, and other delivery risks; leads rapid-response engagements to address complex site challenges; develops recovery plans to maintain schedules; validates workforce readiness, material availability, and deployment sequencing; and monitors contractor and vendor performance against project milestones. The role collaborates closely with suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams, including Design, CHS Rack Deployment, CNE, Build, LVV, and DCFE, to resolve execution gaps, improve delivery outcomes, and drive process optimization. Oversees documentation, quality control, site walks, startup and commissioning activities, risk mitigation, vendor and contractor management, and ensures power, cooling, networking, bulk fiber, Metro connection, and structured cabling installations meet approved OCI design specifications and industry standards.
