Position Overview

Build D3 is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead the completion of a luxury custom residential estate in Beverly Hills.

This is a unique opportunity to step into an active, high-end project and provide the field leadership necessary to successfully drive the project through completion. We are looking for a superintendent with extensive luxury residential experience who can quickly assess project status, establish organization in the field, coordinate subcontractors, maintain exceptional quality standards, and keep the project moving efficiently.

This role requires a confident leader who thrives in complex construction environments, communicates professionally with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional finished product.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume day-to-day leadership of an active luxury residential construction project.
• Evaluate project progress and establish an organized plan for successful completion.
• Coordinate and supervise all subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and deliveries.
• Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules while monitoring critical path activities.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, applicable codes, and company quality standards.
• Perform routine quality control inspections and proactively address field issues.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, consultants, inspectors, and ownership representatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite reflective of a luxury residential project.
• Prepare daily field reports and communicate project status, schedule updates, and potential challenges to project management.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety policies throughout the project.
• Lead punch list completion and final project turnover.

QualificationsRequired

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Proven experience managing luxury custom residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural construction, framing, MEP coordination, waterproofing, building envelope systems, exterior finishes, drywall, cabinetry, millwork, doors and windows, flooring, stone, painting, and luxury interior finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings.
• Excellent scheduling, organization, and subcontractor management skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Valid California driver's license.

Preferred

• Experience with luxury residential construction in Beverly Hills or surrounding high-end markets.
• Experience assuming responsibility for projects already under construction.
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software.
• OSHA 30 Certification.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
