As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple commercial construction projects, reporting into senior leadership within the regional business.

• Manage all managerial and administrative aspects of projects including estimating, scheduling, quality control, cost reporting, safety, and billing
• Lead the design coordination process, working closely with owners, architects, and engineers from early concept through delivery
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive project estimates and participate in client proposal and scope review meetings
• Drive value engineering initiatives and cost‑saving solutions without compromising quality or programme
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, buyout, and ongoing performance management
• Chair regular site meetings, monitor progress against programme, and make sound decisions under tight deadlines
• Ensure projects consistently meet or exceed internal standards and external client expectations
