What you will accomplish as a Digital Marketing Specialist at TAPCO:

Reporting to the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager, this position supports the execution of digital marketing initiatives across email, search, SEO, paid and organic social media, and website projects. This role assists with organizing insights and input to make digital media recommendations inspired by performance benchmarks. The candidate will collaborate with Marketing Content, Operations, and other stakeholders to support project and campaign experiences, meeting timing, investment, and goal expectations while contributing to performance reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Required Experience and Knowledge/ Skills/Ability:

• Proven website, marketing automation and accountability skills

• Builds relationships,collaborative team player,able to effectively organize, prioritize, and delegate work effectively within a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and ever-changing tasks
• Self-motivated, organized,detail-oriented and able to act independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite:Excel, Word,PowerPoint and Outlook
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and anticipate workflow
• Strong interpersonal skills with coworkers and management
• Strong, effective organizational and communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field and/or commensurate on-the-job experience
• Minimum of 3years of experience in digital marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior experience using digital marketing software,such as HubSpot
• Prior experience using other related digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console and SEMRush
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
