Who We Are:

We are a best selling fantasy author’s team looking for a new remote project coordinator to assist with all of the projects we have going on. We believe that good people do good work and should get good compensation for that work. We avoid the use of AI wherever possible.

Who You Are:

As a coordinator, you are a part of the bridge between the author and teams working on a variety of projects (predominantly media related) for the author. You’ll learn the ins and outs of all the current projects and how to best support the author and their team including but not limited to communications, prep work, administration, research and file management. You understand that your role might include access to sensitive and confidential information and act with the professional discretion it deserves.

Qualifications:

• Previously worked in a project coordinator role or similar position in Media for 2+ years
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Familiarity with digital artwork file types and softwares
• Experience with word processing softwares, including G-Suite and Microsoft
• Experience working with artists
• Accurate data entry
• An eye for detail
• A passion for reading (ideally fantasy and litRPG)

Role Responsibilities:

• Review and maintain project tracking logs, reports, and dashboards for status updates
• Organize and audit file uploads from artists and editors to ensure specifications are met
• Prep kick-off and reference documents for artists and editors
• Coordinate email communications between internal and external business partners as requested
• Product ordering or merchandise sampling
• Coordinate and deliver company asset packages and reports upon internal request
• Take detailed meeting notes and format into summaries
• Additional administrative support as required
• Convention booth attendance and engagement a few times a year (must be able to travel)

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
