Essential Functions

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React and C#/.NET
• Build responsive, reusable UI components in React
• Develop and maintain APIs and back-end services using C# and .NET (Core/Framework)
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code on both front-end and back-end
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack
• Collaborate with product owners and other engineers to define and ship new features
• Contribute to technical design discussions and architecture decisions
• Write and maintain unit tests
• Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Required

• 2 to 4 years or more of professional software development experience including React and C#/.NET
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Proficiency in React (hooks, state management, component architecture)
• Proficiency in C# and .NET (Core or Framework)
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of distributed version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Comfortable working in an agile development environment
• Passion, grit, team spirit

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Preferred

• Experience with React state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API)
• Familiarity with TypeScript
• Experience with Entity Framework or other ORMs
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of microservices architecture

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
