Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Supervisor to lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Duties

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites, supervising subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project schedules.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules using Buildertrend or similar construction management software, tracking progress and adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to verify project specifications and ensure accurate implementation.
• Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, preparing estimates with Construction estimating tools like Buildertrend, and controlling expenditures to stay within financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations by enforcing OSHA standards and conducting regular safety audits; maintain a safe work environment for all personnel.
• Coordinate procurement activities, including contracts management and resource allocation, utilizing Construction management software for tracking deliveries and inventory.
• Conduct quality control inspections to verify workmanship meets project specifications; utilize tools like Ohmmeter for electrical testing when applicable.
• Lead project meetings to communicate progress updates, address issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, change orders, and site reports for transparency and accountability.

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising construction sites with a strong background in construction management principles.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Buildertrend, Bluebeam, Excel, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated knowledge of contracts administration, project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control techniques.
• Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately.
• Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and the ability to enforce safety protocols effectively.
• Supervising experience in large-scale construction projects across various sectors is preferred.
• Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
