GWES is seeking a motivated Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join our growing team in Roswell, Georgia. Our Roswell office opened in 2025 as part of GWES’s continued expansion throughout Metro Atlanta, creating an exciting opportunity for the selected candidate to contribute to the growth of a developing office while gaining meaningful experience across a variety of civil engineering projects.
The successful Engineer-In-Training (EIT) candidate will play a key role in planning and designing innovative water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure solutions that make a tangible impact in our communities. Depending on project needs and the candidate’s experience, the position may involve multiple phases of project delivery, from initial planning and design through permitting, bidding, and construction.

In addition to our growing Roswell and Douglasville teams, we have offices in Perry, Mansfield, and Brunswick serving public- and private-sector clients throughout the Southeast.
