Position Summary

WWLT is seeking a highly motivated **AI Software Developer Intern** to support the design, development, and implementation of AI-powered applications and automation tools.

This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with leadership and contribute to real-world AI initiatives using modern technologies such as large language models (LLMs), agent frameworks, and retrieval-based systems.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, a curiosity for emerging AI technologies, and a desire to apply those tools in a business environment.

What You’ll Do

* Assist in developing AI-powered applications using modern LLMs (GPT-5 class models, Claude, etc.)

* Support the design and implementation of AI agents and automation workflows

* Help build and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and knowledge systems

* Contribute to backend development in Python and/or .NET

* Integrate AI tools with internal systems and APIs

* Test, debug, and optimize system performance

* Research emerging AI technologies and propose practical applications for the business

Required Qualifications

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field

* Experience working with modern LLMs (GPT, Claude, or similar)

* Familiarity with agent frameworks (AutoGen, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar)

* Understanding of RAG concepts and vector databases

* Strong programming skills in Python

* Basic experience building or working with REST APIs

* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with .NET / C# / ASP.NET Core

* Familiarity with API security (OAuth2, JWT, IAM, Azure AD)

* Experience integrating systems via APIs or webhooks

* Exposure to large datasets (structured and unstructured)

* Interest or experience in real estate, title insurance, fintech, or regulated industries
