Position Summary

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Learn IT COE objectives and support the digital platforms software engineering team in understanding and improving core governance, reporting, and portfolio management processes.
• Collaborate with product managers. Software engineers and key stakeholders across EIT support alignment to portfolio priorities, delivery expectations, and standard ways of working.
• Support the development, maintenance, and organization of project and portfolio documentation, including charters, schedules, RAID logs, decision logs, and status updates.
• Maintain and validate portfolio data quality by checking required fields, resolving basic data gaps, and escalating issues that impact reporting accuracy.
• Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and recurring reports by preparing data inputs, performing quality checks, and documenting assumptions and definitions.
• Entry level experience with one or more development methodologies (i.e., waterfall, Agile, Rational Unified Process – RUP, etc.)
• Support software QA testing, governance routines by preparing meeting materials, tracking decisions and follow-ups, and assisting with communications to project teams and stakeholders.
• Assist with basic risk, issue, dependency, and change tracking by maintaining logs, supporting updates from project teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying software defects-bugs, gaps, documenting opportunities, and supporting small process or reporting enhancements.
• Develop and present a final end-of-internship summary of contributions, including reporting outputs, process documentation, and improvements delivered.
• Must be able to report to the assigned worksite
