We are looking for a new team member who can SPEAK Vietnamese to join our company! As a technical support agent, you will be managing client relationships by responding to account inquiries, troubleshooting equipment errors, and hardware deployment. You will be required to answer incoming calls, prepare equipment, install & set-up equipment at the merchant's business location (Greater Phoenix area only). There is room for growth into key roles within the company.
