Schedule

• Day Shift
• Varied start times between 6:15 AM – 12:30 PM
• Varied schedule: 5x8s and 4x10s
• Every 4th weekend required
• Possible holiday rotation
• Low census on-call may apply

Assignment Details

• Location: Wausau, WI
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Start Date: ASAP
• Guaranteed Hours: 40/week
• May be required to float to nearby locations if needed
• Local radius rule applies: candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius

What You’ll Do

• Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures
• Operate GE and Siemens CT scanners
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and accurate positioning
• Follow imaging protocols and radiation safety standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records
• Collaborate with radiologists, providers, and imaging team members
• Float to nearby sites as needed based on department needs

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years CT experience – Required
• GE scanner experience – Required
• Siemens scanner experience – Required
• Strong ability to adapt to workflow changes
• Must be dependable, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting

Requirements

• ARRT (CT) – Required
• Wisconsin State License – Required
• BLS Certification – Required
• AHA or American Red Cross accepted
• Associate Degree or Certificate – Required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Epic experience preferred

Additional Details

• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40/week
• Call-back minimum: 2 hours if called back during low census on-call
• Contract may include up to 36 hours of unbillable low census time
• Guaranteed hours may not apply during orientation week or holidays when the unit is closed
• During flu season, travelers who decline flu/COVID vaccination may be required to wear a mask at all times
• Scrub color: Any color
