Help Clients Build and Grow Their Online Businesses

Solution Based Consulting works with individuals who want to become online business owners. Our team helps guide clients through the process of launching and developing their online stores step-by-step.

We are looking for Client Website Customer Service Representatives to support our clients by helping them build their websites, develop marketing materials, and learn the tools needed to grow their businesses.

You will work with your own list of clients, meeting with them regularly over the phone and screen share to guide them through each stage of the process.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, problem solving, and helping others succeed online.

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients weekly via phone and screen share
• Guide clients through a structured website-building process
• Assist with product sourcing, pricing, and website setup
• Create marketing graphics and logo designs for client stores
• Educate clients on marketing tools and online strategies
• Maintain organized records of client progress
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth client onboarding

Work Environment

We maintain a laid-back but productive environment focused on helping clients succeed.

Once trained, representatives are expected to manage their schedules, appointments, and client relationships independently.

Schedule

Tuesday – Saturday 10am-7pm
