Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a full-time, self-motivated in-person Internet Sales & Community Representative to join our team as a full-time employee. In this role, you will engage directly with potential customers by canvassing residential neighborhoods, developing relationships with local businesses, and attending community events to promote and enroll customers in affordable, high-speed internet services. You will act as a community ambassador, building trust and brand awareness through positive, face-to-face interactions, and you will work closely with our internal sales team to maximize customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned residential areas and at local businesses
• Represent ElektraFi at community events, pop-ups, and local gatherings
• Educate prospects on internet service offerings and pricing
• Assist customers with sign-ups and ensure accuracy of enrollment details
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions
• Help grow the business by sourcing and referring local partners to join our affiliate program, expanding our community reach
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system

Qualifications

• Full-time availability, including early evenings and occasional weekend work
• Experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation and ability to walk or stand for extended periods
• Must own a smartphone with internet access

Compensation

• Pay: $15 per hour AND Commission: $100 per completed sale to qualified customer
• Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses available (based on total sales revenue)
• Average Weekly Earnings: $600 to $1,600, with top performers earning more (no limit to commissions - sell more, earn more!)
