Urban You Medical Spa is currently looking for a Guest Experience Coordinator (GEC) to join our team at our modern beauty and wellness establishment. As a Guest Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Goals

Ensure that all prospective and current Urban You guests receive exemplary customer service and feel cared for, understood, and known personally by the professional staff. Lead Guest Experience Coordinators respond to guests' requests and encourage our services to promote guest retention.

Maintaining a consistently pleasant and professional personality

Lead others

Working well under pressure and the ability to multitask

Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required

Customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with guests, management, and front desk staff

Efficient with communication

The Ability to work flexible days and hours, including some weekends

Daily communication with leadership

Responsibilities:
The Guest Experience Coordinator's role is to implement processes and systems so that every guest has an optimal experience at Urban You. Working with the Guest Experience Coordinator and other staff, they will achieve this through the following responsibilities

Answering inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to guest questions

Greet and warmly welcome our guests

Provide excellent customer service

Promote and represent Urban You in a professional and enthusiastic manner

Create an excellent experience for all guests through a friendly and helpful attitude

Create GEC monthly schedule

Assist with weekly GEC meetings

First point of contact for client experience/service needs & feedback

Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of the Medical spa

Variety of clerical tasks

Educated on marketing materials, memberships, and packages

Work weekends, Pop-up events, and promotion events as needed
