During a standard shift, the Dryer Technician works independently to monitor computerized controls and adjusts equipment that regulate the drying, cracking and cleaning of soybeans in preparation for the crush and extraction process. After training, the Dryer Technician works four 12 hour shifts rotating from days to nights every 8 days.
