Perform/arrange for preventative maintenance on district computer equipment and maintain a preventative maintenance log.Maintenance of a daily log of network backups & software updates.Maintenance of the district's WordPress website as needed.Provide leadership with long range planning for all technology initiatives and complete a 3 year Technology Plan for North River Collaborative, as required.Represent the collaborative in maintaining a working relationship with the collaboratives member districts and their technology staff.
Provide user support for all business office systems, transportation software as well as all e-mail, file backups and storage.Manage the telecommunications systems and procedures and provide training to staff as needed.Administer and maintain the database for the collaboratives business office, schools and programs call notification system. Update and maintain the DESE's Directory Administration for North River.Collect and manage student and teacher data utilizing the district's information systems iPass, the DESE's EPIMS, SCS, SSDR, and provide reporting as required by DESE.Develop custom reports for staff as requested by members of the administration team, program coordinators, business office or transportation staff.SUPERVISION AND TRAININGSupervise and evaluate all technology support staff.Monitor and support the scheduling/implementation of periodic or daily duties.Direct interactions with vendors to ensure implementation.DOCUMENTATION, EVALUATION, AND COMMUNICATIONSubmit all written reports, goals and objectives on a timely basis.Participate in the requisition and purchasing process in a proactive manner so as to keep supply levels consistent and efficient.Provide input for the development of the program or district budget as requested.Abide by established work hours and follow policies and procedures outlined in the North River Collaborative Personnel Policies & Procedures Handbook.Communicate effectively with all programs and departments.Become familiar with all programs and departments while maintaining a presence for support.Engage in regular administrative team meetings and apprise the Executive Director of all activities and projects on an ongoing basis.HEALTH AND SAFETYEngage in the role in a culturally proficient manner.
