You'll be the first face homeowners see. Your job: start conversations, spot roof and storm damage, and set qualified inspection appointments — that's it. Our trained Sales Closers handle the pricing and the close.

You won't be out there alone. Every rep gets a Field Manager for daily coaching and a Sales Closer as a teammate. And this isn't a dead-end gig — it's the first step on a real career path:

Field Sales Associate → Field Sales Consultant → Roofing Sales Consultant
