This is a remote role with a small, close-knit team, centered on phone consultations with people who reached out for help. You'll understand their needs, walk them through their options, and guide them to a decision that fits.

It's consultative phone work with a sales component, supported by proven talk tracks, hands-on coaching, and a team that has your back. Full training gets you confident on every call.

In a Given Week

• Hold phone consultations with people who requested information
• Understand each person's needs through a consultative conversation
• Explain options clearly and recommend the right fit
• Guide each person to a confident decision
• Follow up consistently with people who are interested
• Keep accurate notes after each consultation

What You Bring

• Confident, consultative communicator on the phone
• Experience in phone, customer, or sales roles is a plus
• Strong listener who builds rapport quickly
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable wearing a few hats in a smaller team
• Quiet home workspace and reliable phone and internet (training provided)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
