Job Summary
The Clinical Operations Supervisor is the senior operational leader of the hospital floor and is responsible for ensuring excellence in patient care, team performance, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. This position oversees daily clinical operations, drives accountability, develops staff, and ensures consistent execution of The Sams Clinic standards. The Supervisor serves as the direct link between hospital leadership and frontline teams while promoting a culture of professionalism, safety, and continuous improvement.

3. Compliance
Maintain full hospital compliance with all regulatory and operational requirements.

● DEA compliance
● California Veterinary Medical Board compliance
● OSHA compliance
● Radiation safety compliance
● SOP compliance
● Workplace safety
● Workplace harassment prevention compliance
4. Throughput & Operational Excellence
Drive efficient hospital operations while maintaining elite standards of care.

QualificationsRequired
● California RVT License in good standing
● Minimum 5 years clinical veterinary experience
● Minimum 2 years leadership or management experience
● Advanced anesthesia experience
● Surgical nursing experience
● Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred
● Specialty surgery experience
● Sports medicine experience
● EzyVet experience
● VetRadar experience
● Cubex experience
● RECOVER CPR Certification

Pay: From $45.00 per hour
