The Application & Data Engineer is responsible for supporting enterprise system development, data integration, and project implementation. This role works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of business applications supporting production, logistics, and operational processes.

Serve as a system developer and support IT project implementation activities

Gather and analyze business and technical requirements with internal and external stakeholders

Design and document technical specifications and system solutions

Develop, test, and validate application functionality and output

Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) planning and execution

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including issue resolution and user training
-
Assist with external integrations and customer system testing

Perform system configurations and ensure successful production deployment

Provide post-implementation support, including issue analysis and resolution

Maintain system stability to support daily operations such as warehouse management and shipping processes
-
Support MES and related manufacturing systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance

Execute system upgrades, patches, and release deployments

Act as a liaison between business operations and development teams

Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization and enhancement

Ensure continuous system availability for production and logistics environments

Configure and maintain production line workstations and related systems

Provide basic support for servers, networks, and end-user environments

Manage and support Windows Server and IIS environments

Bachelor’s degree or higher required
-
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred

Strong knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes

Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle databases

Experience with structured and unstructured data environments

Hands-on experience with SQL, including stored procedures and query optimization

Basic knowledge of big data tools and enterprise system implementations preferred

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across systems, applications, and networks

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
-
Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus
