W2 Rate (all inclusive): $43.25 – $47.91/hr

Scope of Work
RF engineers needed for LTE design projects in Richardson, TX.

Skill set

• Candidates must have design experience in UMTS/HDSPA design and/or LTE design.
• Minimum 10 years of RF design experience, 5+ in UMTS/LTE.
• Atoll tool experience strongly encouraged, but not required if proficiency can be shown in other tools
• Good communication skills in English
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Candidate must have understanding of LTE fundamentals
• link budget, PCI, TA list, KPI’s, etc.
• Candidate must have significant experience using ACP (Automatic Cell Planning) tools
• Understand plumbing diagrams and able to create them (diplexers, duplexers)
• Excellent understanding of the Design fundamentals (how to design and measure a network, Monte Carlo, antenna theory, etc.) Candidate must be willing to travel within the US, lead a team, and work without supervision if necessary.
• Able to identify and interpret customer requirements and develop plans to address them
