As a Die Engineer Sr., you will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for operational excellence and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of die processes and equipment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that die engineering projects meet quality standards and are completed within budget and on schedule. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex die-related issues, optimizing die performance, and contributing to the development of new technologies and methodologies. • Expertise in die design and manufacturing processes
• Proficiency with CAD software and die simulation tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in mentoring and developing engineering talent
• Familiarity with industry-standard quality and safety regulations
• Hands-on experience with modern manufacturing technologies and equipment
• Previous involvement in continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction strategies

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field

Pay: $77,200.00 - $130,000.00 per year
