Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and versatile Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations surrounding administrative support and financial accuracy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong organizational skills, and is comfortable managing a diverse workload.
Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Financial & Accounting Support
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Accurately process and enter vendor invoices, monitor and follow up on open invoices, and assist with general A/R tasks.
- Reconciliation: Perform essential account reconciliations, including coding credit card statements, and balancing cash/check/credit card deposits.
- Procurement: Assist with office supplies procurement, purchase tracking, and monitoring office supply inventory levels.
Administrative & Sales Support
- Deal & Title Management: Assist with "tear down" and logging of sales deals to ensure smooth transitions; prepare title applications, complete post sale administrative functions and address related documentation issues.
- Sales Liaison: Act as a key support contact for the sales team, handling mail packages and providing administrative assistance to help sales processes run smoothly.
- Office Operations: Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and potentially external customers; assist with overflow calls, maintain orderly digital and physical filing systems, and assist with mail/bank runs as needed.
- Cross-Departmental Support: Provide flexible administrative coverage across departments, offering reliable support to ensure daily business continuity.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, administrative support, or a dealership-specific role preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs). Familiarity with Dealer Management Software (DMS) is a plus, or a strong aptitude for learning new software systems.
- Organization & Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with staff and customers while handling confidential information with discretion.
- Team Dynamics: A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist with any dealership or office needs as they arise.
- Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and collaboratively.
- Values: Ability to adhere to and practice SR1 values in all interactions and work completed.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
