South Loop Dental Office is looking for a seasoned Appointment Scheduler/ Dental Insurance billing. A minimal of 10 years experience for a dentistry office for 3.5 days a week. Must have experience with scheduling dental appointments and insurance billing on the computer using Dentrix software. Also, profient with Microsoft office and Weave Communications.

• Patient Experience: Greet and check- in patients, ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Scheduling: Manage, update, and confirm appointments for multiple providers, filling in cancellations to keep the schedule full.
• Insurance & Billing: Verifying patient insurance, explaining dental benefits, processing payments, processing dental claims* and collecting balances.
• Record Management: Maintaining accurate, HIPAA-compliant patient records.·
• Administrative Tasks: Answer phone calls, manage emails, and update patient files and intake forms. Monitor and order office supplies
• Treatment Coordination: Assisting with explaining treatment plans and financing options.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
