Key Qualifications:

• Active Colorado Teaching License (CDE) required
• SSW (School Social Worker) or Counselor endorsement mandatory
• Previous experience serving school-aged children (K-12) preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work onsite and adapt within dynamic school environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group counseling services to students across all grade levels
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to coordinate support strategies
• Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and develop tailored intervention plans
• Assist with crisis intervention, behavior management, and the promotion of positive peer relationships
• Serve as a resource and advocate for students’ social-emotional growth and access to community resources
• Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to enhance student performance and well-being
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and district policies
