It Starts With Our Employees
FourLeaf's ultimate goal is to provide the best-in-class member and employee experience, and it all begins with two things: hiring incredible people and giving them a great place to work.
What You’ll Do
The VP Regional Manager, Retail Growth (Suffolk) position will have the Branch Managers reporting directly to them. They will be primarily accountable for achieving the branch sales goals and balance sheet growth expectations of the branches in their region. They will share accountability for the member experience and operational execution and will partner closely with the AVPs Regional Service and Operations. They will have full accountability for ensuring the sales team is fully staffed and will collaborate closely with recruiting to make that happen. They will be expected to provide strategic recommendations to enhance the financial performance of the retail business.
