Seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead complex analyses ensuring AEROSPACE products meet customer requirements while adhering to best practices in manufacturing, testing, and quality.

• Extensive experience in structural analysis for mechanical components
• Expertise in commercial FEA software packages
• Proficient in material properties and selection process
• Knowledgeable in design principles, manufacturing processes, and assembly techniques
• Familiar with 3D modeling and CAD software
• Understanding of heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and thermodynamics

Responsibilities:

• Perform thermomechanical analyses using commercial packages and hand calculations
• Peer review analyses from other engineers and subcontractors
• Liaise with customers on heat exchanger requirements
