ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Develop structural drawings for reinforced concrete structures, including monolithic concrete structures, foundations, walls, slabs, piers, equipment supports, and other heavy civil infrastructure components.
• Prepare reinforcement plans, elevations, sections, details, bar lists, and schedules in accordance with project requirements and applicable detailing standards
• Revise and update drawings based on internal feedback, engineering markups, and field conditions.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and assist with development of exhibits and figures in support of construction and permit applications.
• Coordinate drawing revisions with engineering, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain consistent and accurate design documentation.
• Ensure all designs adhere to applicable codes, standards, and company guidelines

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in developing drawings for reinforced concrete structures
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam
• Proficient in US National CAD Standards
• Solid understanding of drafting principles, construction drawings, and design coordination
• Ability to interpret engineering plans, specifications, and technical documents
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in hydroelectric, power generation, or industrial projects
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Design, Engineering Technology, or a related field
• Experience working in a fast-paced, project-based environment
