Position Description
The Architect - Project Manager (AR-5) applies a sound and diverse knowledge of architectural principles and practices to a broad array of assignments and related fields. Operating in a supportive yet leadership capacity within the Architectural Group, this role collaborates closely with Project Designers, Project Architects, and Project Principals. ● Client & Code Coordination: Coordinate directly with jurisdictional officials to resolve building, planning, and zoning code issues. Assist in developing project performance goals alongside clients and consultants.
● BIM & Workflow Management: Develop the team's approach to Building Information Modeling (BIM), collaborating with in-house resources to establish and execute the project's BIM process plan.
