• Deliver lecture, laboratory, and clinical instruction aligned with the established curriculum.
• Maintain daily lesson plans and follow course outlines, objectives, and evaluation methods.
• Monitor student attendance, participation, and retention; document as required.
• Actively support student retention by identifying and assisting at-risk students.
• Grade assignments, provide timely feedback, and submit final grades per policy.
• Maintain regular office hours or provide student support by appointment.
• Advise students on academic performance, policies, and program expectations.
• Communicate regularly with the Program Manager and Student Academic Advisor regarding student progress.
• Participate in faculty development activities to meet accreditation standards.
• Attend required meetings and serve on committees as assigned.
• Monitor and manage instructional equipment and supplies.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Current Medical Assistant Certification (Required).
• Minimum of three (3) years of Medical Assistant experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Teaching experience in a blended environment preferred (not required).
