Two Ways to Contribute

We’re hiring for two freelance paths. You’re welcome to choose the opportunity that best matches your experience and availability, or indicate interest in both when you apply.

• Consumer Tech Writer ($25/hr): Cover evergreen content that addresses common questions and search queries from our readership.(300–900 words). Writers work a consistent schedule of their choosing (10–40 hours/week).
• Consumer Tech Feature Writer ($0.10/word): Focus on deep-dive, long-form features (2,600+ words). There is no set schedule, but we ask for a minimum of one feature per week.

• Claim and complete articles from a list of available assignments
• Deliver accurate, engaging content in a fast-paced publishing environment
• Follow our style guide, editorial strategy, and publishing standards to ensure high-quality content
