Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewelry pieces that match their style and needs
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features, craftsmanship, and styling tips
• Provide personalized customer service by listening carefully to preferences and offering expert advice
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
• Upsell additional jewelry items or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
• Maintain attractive merchandising displays, restock jewelry cases, and ensure the store is clean, organized, and inviting
• Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and processing shipments
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or scheduling appointments
• Educate customers on jewelry care, product features, and current promotions to enhance their shopping experience
• Support team members with supervising responsibilities as needed to ensure smooth store operations

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on sundays
• Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in jewelry or luxury accessories
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse customers
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a broader customer base effectively
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math for accurate transactions
• Demonstrated ability to upsell products tactfully while maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques and inventory management practices
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately during sales transactions
• Familiarity with jewelry store operations is advantageous but not required; a background in customer service environments is valued
• Professional phone etiquette skills for engaging with customers over the phone or via online inquiries
