Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team full-time for the summer. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or current college student interested in gaining hands-on experience in healthcare marketing, operations, branding, and administrative support.

This internship offers exposure to a wide variety of projects and responsibilities, making it ideal for someone eager to learn, contribute, and develop professional skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment. No two days are the same, and interns will have the opportunity to assist with marketing initiatives, internal communications, event preparation, and organizational projects.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Intern will assist with various projects and tasks, including but not limited to:

• Supporting marketing and branding initiatives across company departments
• Creating and organizing employee badges, name tags, and branded materials
• Assisting with the design and production of stickers, labels, promotional items, and marketing collateral
• Updating and maintaining employee calendars and internal scheduling systems
• Assisting with event planning, preparation, and logistics
• Helping maintain marketing inventory and branded supplies
• Assisting with administrative and organizational projects
• Conducting basic research and data entry as assigned
• Providing general support to the marketing team and leadership on special projects

Qualifications

• Recent college graduate or current student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, or graphic design tools is a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
