We're looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Maryland team. This role offers 75% remote flexibility, with approximately 25% of your time spent providing in-person supervision to support clients and RBTs. Our administrative team handles scheduling, authorizations, intake, and other operational tasks so you can focus on delivering outstanding clinical care.

Manage a small, quality-focused caseload.
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCaBAs.
Analyze client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions.
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.
Complete treatment plans and documentation in a timely manner.
Maintain compliance with Maryland regulations and payer requirements.
