Travel RN – Assisted Living & Skilled Nursing Nurse Manager Support

We’re actively hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to provide clinical support in Assisted Living communities and serve in Nurse Manager-level support roles within Skilled Nursing facilities throughout Minnesota.

What You’ll Do

Assisted Living Support Nurse Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct resident care and complete nursing assessments
• Administer medications and treatments
• Create and update individualized care plans
• Support compliance, documentation, and clinical operations
• Assist communities during staffing transitions or census growth

Skilled Nursing Nurse Manager Support Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight to nursing teams
• Support staffing coordination and clinical operations
• Mentor and guide LPNs, RNs, and CNAs
• Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation standards
• Assist with admissions, care planning, audits, and quality initiatives
• Step into leadership roles during management transitions or leaves

QualificationsRequired:

• Active Minnesota RN license in good standing
• 3+ years of nursing experience
• Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred for Skilled Nursing assignments
• Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
