Required Experience

The Airport Staff Supervisor will have a minimum of 4 years experience supervising staff in a dynamic field, store or public transit environment. He/she will have extensive experience in:

• Training, supervising and mentoring staff
• Auditing and evaluating work performance
• Managing supplies
• Writing field and disciplinary reports

Duties and Company Background

Global Resource Management conducts passenger research at JFK, EWR and LGA airports. Our field teams distribute questionnaires at the departure gates. Our assignments have strict methodologies that must be followed precisely. The field supervisor will be our eyes and ears on the ground and roam between all three airports where staff supervision and audits are needed. A vehicle is required for the this position. Duties include:

• Supervise and support staff in a challenging sales-like data collection environment.
• 90% of work is on airport.
• Manage staffing schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate ongoing staff training and development
• Maintain strict compliance with all regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Document and report fraud and/or any infractions to management.
• Take instruction from operation and compliance managers.
• Master the art of airport data collection / passenger interviews.
• Manage supplies (tablets, forms) with high organization.

Skills

• Extensive experience instructing and evaluating others.
• Exceptional people skills and the ability to engage the public naturally without fear of rejection or cultural biases.
• Working knowledge of tablets, WiFi, MS Excel.
• Methodical approach to teaching and learning procedures.
• Ability to represent the company's interest at all times.

Pay: $67,500.00 per year
