The Role

The Patient Navigator is responsible for creating a warm welcome to new patients as they explain the Nudj lifestyle management program and onboard new patients onto the Nudj registry system. The Patient Navigator will also encourage patient engagement by scheduling appointments, troubleshooting device issues and providing any assistance to Nudj patients as required. The Patient Navigator regularly communicates with patients as well as the Nudj wellness team.

The Patient Navigator is responsible for calling new patients and enrolling them in the Nudj lifestyle management program (as prescribed by their doctor). As a trusted advisor, you’ll use your interpersonal skills to educate patients about the advantages and benefits of the Nudj program and help ensure the patients receive the services they need. Under the supervision of the Director of Enrollment and Data, the Patient Navigator regularly communicates with patients as well as the Nudj clinical team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed objectives and quotas by calling new patients, educating, and enrolling them in the Nudj lifestyle management program
• Develop proficiency and knowledge of the lifestyle medicine space and Nudj Health’s solutions with the ability to clearly communicate the benefits of partnering with Nudj
• Understand and align patient’s needs and requirements with the various Nudj program offerings
• Onboard new patients onto Nudj registry system
• Order appropriate device and explain appropriate usage to patients
• Monitor patient activity and encourage patient engagement and compliance.
• Schedule appointments and follow-up with patients as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in the medical field interacting with patients preferred
• Experience educating customers about product/service offerings a plus
• Computer & Tech savvy - Proficient in Excel and other Office products, and not afraid of new technologies
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (including typing, spelling and grammar)
• A bright, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Excellent time management, highly organized, and the ability to work independently
• Welcomes a team-centric environment, with open feedback and learning
• Highly effective communication skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport with people over the phone

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
