Business Systems & Business Intelligence Manager
Location: Southern New Jersey
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Company
We are a well-established, multi-location commercial transportation equipment dealership serving the Northeast. Our company provides sales, leasing, rental, service, and parts support to a diverse commercial customer base and has built a reputation for quality, long-term customer relationships, and operational excellence.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a technology-minded professional who can help us better leverage our business systems, data, and emerging technologies to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
This is not a traditional IT support position. Our Managed IT Service Provider handles network infrastructure, cybersecurity, servers, hardware support, and day-to-day technical support. Instead, this role focuses on helping the business use technology more effectively.
Work Location
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Southern New Jersey.
This is not a remote or hybrid position. The successful candidate will work from our offices each day and will regularly collaborate with employees at both of our locations.
Because this role works closely with department managers, observes business processes firsthand, and helps implement technology improvements throughout the organization, being physically present is an essential part of the position.
Applicants seeking remote, hybrid, or primarily work-from-home arrangements should not apply.
Position Summary
Reporting directly to executive leadership, the Business Systems & Business Intelligence Manager will serve as the bridge between business operations and technology.
This individual will become the company’s expert on our Dealer Management System (DMS), business reporting, analytics, automation, and technology initiatives. You will work directly with department managers across Sales, Service, Parts, Leasing, Rental, and Accounting to improve how information is captured, analyzed, and used to make business decisions.
Your mission is to help build a more data-driven organization by developing dashboards, automating processes, improving business systems, evaluating new technologies, and helping employees get more value from the software they use every day.
If you enjoy solving business problems with technology, building dashboards people actually use, and continuously finding better ways to operate, we’d like to hear from you.
