About Skyline Cabinetry
Skyline Cabinetry is a wholesale manufacturer of kitchen and bathroom cabinets,
headquartered at Farmers Branch, TX (Dallas–Fort Worth area). Skyline Cabinetry is an RTA
cabinetry manufacturer operating alongside a network of multiple sister companies nationwide.
Together, the group manages a shared catalog of SKUs, coordinates inventory across regional
locations, and serves customers through a fast-moving, multi-entity supply chain.
Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support inventory planning, SKU
governance, and order fulfillment across Skyline Cabinetry and its sister companies. This role
owns the numbers behind stock levels and reorder decisions, and works cross-functionally with
sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to keep the right products in stock at the right
locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and validate the SKU catalog across Skyline Cabinetry and its sister companies,
flagging invalid, duplicate, or discontinued SKUs.
- Monitor stock levels by location and calculate reorder quantities using order-up-to level
and safety stock methodology.
- Review and validate incoming invoices against purchase orders and SKU records to catch
pricing or quantity discrepancies.
- Analyze sales data across sister companies to identify demand trends, slow-moving
inventory, and stockout risk.
- Partner with purchasing and warehouse teams to align reorder timing with lead times and
seasonal demand.
- Support month-end and ad hoc reporting on inventory, fill rate, and supply chain KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a
related field, or equivalent experience.
- 0-3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, procurement, or a related
analytical role.
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and comfort building/reading
workbook-based reporting.
- Familiarity with inventory concepts such as safety stock, reorder point, and order-up-to
level.
- Comfortable working with data across multiple business units or locations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to catch discrepancies in SKUs, invoices, or stock
records.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for cross-team coordination.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in cabinetry, building products, furniture, or another manufacturing/distribution
industry.
- Exposure to ERP or inventory management systems.
- Basic SQL or data analysis tooling (Power Query, Python, or similar) a plus.
- Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-location operations.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
