CPR Cell Phone Repair and Computer Repair, one of the largest and most comprehensive mobile device repair companies in the U.S., is a seeking Smartphone and Computer Technician at our Hickory NC location.

Smartphone and Computer Technician Responsibilities:

• Repair smartphones, PC's, tablets, and games systems
• Answer phones, greet customers, answer questions and check devices in and out of repair.
• Upsell repair with smartphone accessories, sell pre-owned devices.
• Clean and organize the retail area and workshop.

Smartphone and Computer Repair Technician Requirements:

• Basic technical and mechanical ability. Computer and cell phone repair and industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Good vision in order to work on small devices.
• A strong customer service aptitude and people skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Retail sales experience
